City Occult (mockup)

Overview:

(This is not a real game! It's a mockup for Hairic's Mockup Jam)

After investigating a mysterious disappearance across town, Detective Zhou uncovers a secret society of wizards who have cast a spell over the entire city. Now, as hordes of spirits have taken over the streets, he has to take down the cultists, shoot his way back home, and bring their conspiracy to light!

City Occult is inspired by Hong Kong action movies, old NES licensed games, and The Warriors. It's a scrolling shooter with additional emphasis placed on deliberate movement and shooting, as well as traversal!
