RPG Man (Prototype)
A downloadable prototype for Windows
This is a super simple remake of an old prototype I made when I first started learning Gamemaker in earnest! It's based on Heartbeast's "Basic RPG" tutorial (here). It's just one tutorial level - I may expand on it in the future though! Let me know if you experience any bugs, get confused, or experience any other problems.
If you hold Ctrl, it will show you the different shortcuts for adjusting your screen/settings! Ie: Ctrl+F toggles fullscreen.

fun! i beat it once and then i died. the camera lock is very useful for scouting and isolating ghosts so you can 1v1 them!, but I kept wishing they would drop health cuz I was running around with 1/3 HP
yeah i gotta get some kind of healing/leveling mechanic in place

potentially! my ability to test builds on a mac is a little hampered but it may be possible
